Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between Free, Starter and Pro from Payment & plan as your monthly usage changes.
Will poiera create ads in my own brand style?
Yes. poiera uses your Brand Kit, product and offer to create new ads that feel consistent with your own brand. Competitor ads are used only to understand effective formats and market patterns.
Is the Free plan a trial?
No. Free is a plan with its own usage limits, so you can experience the complete poiera workflow before upgrading.
How do the image and video limits work?
Your plan has one generation allowance. A standard image uses 1 credit, while standard video generation uses 2 credits per generated second. Either type reduces the same balance.
What happens when I reach a monthly limit?
On Starter or Pro, wait for your monthly allowance to reset or upgrade for higher limits. Extra credits add generation allowance, not Ad Spy results. Free allowances are one-time; upgrade when you need more.
