Your Right to Request Deletion

At Poiera, you can request deletion of personal information associated with your account at any time.

This option is available to all Poiera users, regardless of where you live.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your Poiera account data, email:

Please use the email address associated with your Poiera account whenever possible.

Use the subject line:

Data Deletion Request

In your request, you may ask us to:

delete your Poiera account and associated personal information;
delete specific User Content;
delete data associated with a connected Meta advertising account; or
provide clarification about information associated with your account.

Do not send passwords, Meta access tokens, payment card numbers, or other sensitive credentials by email.

Identity Verification

To protect your account and information from unauthorized deletion, we may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Verification may include confirming access to the email address associated with your Poiera account or requesting limited additional information reasonably necessary to identify the account.

What We Delete

Depending on your use of Poiera and the scope of your request, deletion may include information such as:

Poiera account and profile information;
Brand Kit information;
prompts and chat content;
uploaded images and videos;
generated Creatives and advertising copy;
saved creative assets;
stored Meta advertising connection information;
Meta access credentials or tokens held on Poiera's behalf;
Meta-derived account data that is no longer necessary; and
other personal information associated with your Poiera account.

Where required, we will also instruct applicable service providers processing the information on our behalf to delete it.

Meta Advertising Data

If you have connected a Meta advertising account, you can also disconnect it through:

Poiera → Settings → Connections → Disconnect

Disconnecting the account stops Poiera from using that connection to retrieve new Meta advertising information.

A verified data deletion request may also result in deletion or de-identification of stored Meta-derived data and credentials that Poiera no longer needs.

Ads Already Created on Meta

Deleting information from Poiera does not necessarily delete advertisements, campaigns, ad sets, or other assets that have already been created in your Meta account.

Those assets exist on Meta's platform and can be reviewed, paused, edited, or deleted through Meta's own advertising tools.

Poiera will delete information that it stores or controls as described in this policy, but it cannot automatically erase records that Meta independently maintains under its own terms and policies.

How Long Deletion Takes

We generally aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, and we may complete them sooner where reasonably possible.

If additional time is permitted or required because of the complexity of a request or applicable legal requirements, we will communicate with you where appropriate.

Information We May Retain

Certain limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary or legally required, including for:

tax, accounting, and financial recordkeeping;
fraud prevention and security;
resolving disputes or enforcing agreements;
complying with legal obligations; or
establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.

For example, deletion of your Poiera account does not necessarily require immediate deletion of transaction or invoice records that must be retained for legal or accounting purposes.

Information that has been irreversibly anonymized so that it can no longer reasonably be associated with you may also be retained.

Backups

Deleted information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until those backups are overwritten or deleted through Poiera's normal backup lifecycle.

Such backup information will not be restored for ordinary product use after a verified deletion request except where necessary for disaster recovery, security, or legal purposes.
